We let our kittens go home at 12 weeks. With a spay/ neuter contract. Two sets of shots. A vet check and dewormed.

Or at 16 weeks. They'll be spayed or neutered. Come with their registration papers. Fully vaccinated. Including their rabies shot. A vet check. And dewormed. 

We reserve the right to hold a kitten longer if we feel it is necessary.

We also reserve the right not to place a kitten if we feel it is not a good fit into your household

A $300 or $500 dollar deposit is required to hold a kitten. Depending on what age you'd like to get your kitten. Deposits go toward the price of a kitten. We cannot hold a kitten without a deposit. Please refer to our price page.

We accept cash, Venmo or PayPal for deposits and the remaining balance of your kitten. Deposits are nonrefundable unless under special circumstance per our discretion . We  cannot hold a kitten without a deposit. Deposit is required within 72 hours 

3% PayPal fee is buyers responsibility

All kittens will be up to date on age appropriate shots and deworming. And have a health check by our vet. 

All of our adults have been health tested for any genetic ailments

Kittens sold with breeding rights to registered catteries only

We give 24 hours for a response after we have offered a kitten that is available. And are taking deposits. And 72 hours to put down your deposit

Buyer agrees to the following

We offer a one year health guarantee for any genetic health issues. We are selling this kitten in sound health at time of purchase. To validate this guarantee the buyer must have the kitten seen by their vet within 7 business days of purchase. If your vet finds any health issues buyer must notify us. And the kitten must be returned within 24 hours. And we will do our best to replace the kitten within a reasonable amount of time. In the event of an unhealthy kitten we reserve the right to have the kitten seen by our vet. We are not responsible for any vet bills once the kitten leaves our cattery. Or anything the kitten may encounter after leaving our cattery

Your kitten is being sold as a pet and must be spayed or neutered no later than 8  months old. Unless the kitten was sold already having already  been  altered. Buyer assures the kitten will not be used for breeding unless it was agreed upon at time of purchase. And the extra fee has been paid. Declawing is not allowed and will null and void this agreement. As well as letting the kitten outside without a leash and harness.

It is your responsibility to have permission  from your landlord before agreeing to purchase a kitten 

We cannot guarantee people with allergies will be able to tolerate being around cats said to be hypoallergenic

Please allow 2 weeks for the kitten to adjust to their new home

If you choose to feed a new food please allow for the adjustment time. And then do a slow switch to the new food to avoid any stomach upset

We reserve the right not to place any of our cats or kittens if we feel it is not a good fit into your home

All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. And all sales are final. Unless under special circumstances per our discretion
