Kitten Adoption Terms

We let our kittens go home at 16 weeks under an adoption agreement, which includes them being spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated for an entire year. Including their rabies. Have vet check. Dewormed and microchipped.  They will also come with their registration papers. We reserve the right to hold a kitten longer if we feel it is necessary and also reserve the right not to place a kitten if we believe it is not a good fit for your household. For your peace of mind, we provide complete health information about each kitten.

All of our kittens are raised in our home with our family. They will be accustomed to everyday household sounds. As well as being handled by our granddaughter. And will be around our dogs, and other cats and kittens from other litters the same age. They will also be using the litter box well

A deposit of $300 or $500 is required to hold a kitten. Depending on if you'd like to get your kitten at 12 or 16 weeks. These deposits apply toward the price of the kitten as set forth in our adoption agreement. Please note that we cannot hold a kitten without a deposit. For further details, refer to our price page. 

We accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal for deposits and the remaining balance of your kitten. Keep in mind that deposits are nonrefundable unless under special circumstances at our discretion. You must provide the deposit within 72 hours to secure your kitten. Additionally, remember that a 3% PayPal fee is the buyer's responsibility. We’re also happy to provide health information regarding your kitten upon request.

All kittens will be up to date on age-appropriate shots and deworming, and will undergo a health check by our vet, ensuring you receive complete health information with your adoption agreement. And spayed or neutered. As well as microchipped, if you choose to get your kitten at 16 weeks

All of our adult cats have been health tested for any genetic ailments. Kittens are available for placement with breeding rights to registered catteries only.

We welcome you to join our waiting list for a $150 fee that will go toward the price of the kitten

We provide a 24-hour response time after offering a kitten available for adoption, and we are currently accepting deposits. You will have 72 hours to secure your kitten placement with a deposit. Please share some information about your family and any other pets, as well as the details of your established vet when inquiring about a kitten or discussing the adoption agreement.

This adoption agreement includes a three year health guarantee for any genetic health issues. We are selling this kitten in sound health at the time of purchase. To validate this guarantee, the buyer must have the kitten seen by their vet within 7 business days of purchase. If your vet finds any health issues, the buyer must notify us, and the kitten must be returned within 24 hours. We will do our best to replace the kitten within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of an unhealthy kitten, we reserve the right to have the kitten examined by our vet. Please note that we are not responsible for any vet bills once the kitten leaves our cattery, or for anything that the kitten may encounter after leaving our cattery.

Your kitten is being sold as a pet and must be spayed or neutered no later than 8 months old unless the kitten was sold having already been altered. The buyer assures that the kitten will not be used for breeding unless it was agreed upon at the time of purchase and the extra fee has been paid. Declawing is not allowed and will null and void this agreement, as well as allowing the kitten outside without a leash and harness.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission from your landlord before agreeing to purchase a kitten.

We cannot guarantee that people with allergies will be able to tolerate being around cats, even those said to be hypoallergenic.

Please allow 2 weeks for the kitten to adjust to their new home. If you choose to feed a new food, please allow for adjustment time and then do a slow transition to the new food to avoid any stomach upset.

We reserve the right not to place any of our cats or kittens if we feel it is not a good fit for your home.

All deposits and payments are nonrefundable, and all sales are final unless under special circumstances at our discretion.
